1. Acceptance of Terms

ដោយការដំឡើង ឬប្រើប្រាស់ ប្រតិទិនខ្មែរ អ្នកយល់ព្រមតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។

By installing or using Khmer Calendar for Google Sheets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Free to Use

កម្មវិធីនេះ ឥតគិតថ្លៃ សម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និងការអប់រំ។

This add-on is completely free for personal and educational

3. No Warranty

កម្មវិធីនេះផ្តល់ជូន "ដូចដែលមាន" ដោយគ្មានការធានា។ យើងមិនធានាភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ ១០០% សម្រាប់គ្រប់កាលបរិច្ឆេទទេ។

The add-on is provided "as is" without any guarantees. While we use traditional Khmer lunar algorithms, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy for all dates.

4. Respect for Khmer Culture

ឧបករណ៍នេះត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងដើម្បីគោរពវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរ។ សូមប្រើប្រាស់ដោយគោរពតាមប្រតិទិនពុទ្ធសាសនា និងតម្លៃវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរ។

This tool is created to honor Cambodian traditions. Please use it with respect for Buddhist calendar practices and Khmer cultural values.

5. Limitation of Liability

អ្នកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការខូចខាត ការបាត់បង់ ឬកំហុសណាមួយដែលកើតឡើងពីការប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីនេះទេ។

The developers are not responsible for any damages, losses, or errors resulting from the use or misuse of this add-on.

6. Changes to Terms

យើងអាចកែប្រែលក្ខខណ្ឌនេះគ្រប់ពេល។ ការបន្តប្រើប្រាស់មានន័យថាអ្នកទទួយល់តាមលក្ខខណ្ឌថ្មី។

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the add-on after changes means you accept the new terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the add-on at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia and international copyright standards.
